Rescue mission
Few hours ago, during my yoga practise, I recieved an image from my power animal. I have not been in contact with her since my rebirth process couple of years ago. This image was disturbing, however. She is in distress, and needs help.
This has never happened to me before. I didn’t even think it possible, that a power animal could ever need the help of a human. But here we are, and so it seems.
I just performed my first semi-successful drum journey, to at least find her and see if I can help. I found her, and the issue appears to be that she is stuck in mud. She was on her side, almost completely covered in sticky mud. All I could see, really, was the side of her face, and one eye.
She seemed exhausted.
The first impression she gave me was that she’s been subjected to some sort of ill will, and that is why this is happening.
But I also got the idea that perhaps this image that she’s showing me, somehow mirrors myself. I am stuck, to a large part, and I get nowhere with my life.
Perhaps she wants to show me how to start moving. Or, we are connected through this, and still, I’m the one who has to make some sort of move.
It’s funny and weird, though. For a couple of days, I have very strongly felt that I need to get a silver ring with elephants. I just this morning ordered one from a seller on Etsy. When seeing my power animal, I gave her my mental view of the ring and told her that’s how I’m going to find her again. I ordered an engraving on the ring, that says “love me like a mother”.
Oh, and also. I was led to her by an old man dressed in green. I couldn’t really see him, because as usual, the entire journey was very dark. But I just want to mention it, so I don’t forget.
But, so. The goal now is to do another journey as soon as possible (after I slept), find her again, and do whatever I have to, to help her (and myself). I am actually looking forward to it.
If this is the beginning of, hopefully a longer contact with them all again, I am very much looking forward to it. I can live and be fairly happy without them, but I have to admit that being in touch gives my life a whole other meaning. I am whole without them, but with them – I am full.
