At the end of my yoga practise today, I had an experience. Not a big one, but definitely worth mentioning. I was at sea. The ocean, really, in the water. And there was a.. well, I suppose one would say mermaid, but much, much larger. And not a pretty one....
Few hours ago, during my yoga practise, I recieved an image from my power animal. I have not been in contact with her since my rebirth process couple of years ago. This image was disturbing, however. She is in distress, and needs help.
